  • How do I know that I can trust your website?
    Our website is safe and secure so you don't need to worry. Your personal details are not shared or rented and are only used by us in regards to your order or if you are signed up to our mailing list.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept payment via PayPal, all major debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shopify Pay. All payments are secure through our website. 

  • How do I place an order?
    Our website works like most other website whereby to order you simply add the chosen products to your cart, then enter your billing and delivery details at checkout.

  • I have a question about Delivery?

  • Do you accept returns?
    Yes we accept returns. For all information regarding Returns please see our Returns page.

  • Do you offer discount codes?
    We try to offer discounts from time to time. We offer these discounts via email, if you are subscribed, or on our social media pages. We recommend you sign up/follow our pages to make sure you get these special discounts.

  • How do I use my discount code?
    If you have a discount code, please enter it at the checkout to receive your discount in the 'discount code' box. Please don't forget to use your code as discounts cannot be applied after an order has been placed. 

  • How do I know that my order has been accepted?
    Once you have placed your order, an order number will be generated and an order confirmation email will be sent to your email address. Please allow up to 24 hours for this email to be received, sometimes it can land in your junk folder. If you don't get our email please contact us as you might have entered your details incorrectly.

  • How do I know when my order has shipped?
    Once we have shipped your order we will notify you by email.

  • I entered the incorrect details at checkout?
    If you made an error when entering your details, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to amend the error before shipping. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to amend any errors before shipping and in this case the customer will be responsible for delay/loss. 

  • A product I like is out of stock?
    Sometimes we may go out of stock for certain products due to high demand. To be notified if the product restocks please contact us with details of the product you are interested in. 

  • I haven't received my order?
    If you haven't received your order within 10 business days of dispatch for UK order, or within 25 business days of dispatch for International orders, please let us know.

  • I contacted you but I didn't hear back?
    Please allow up to 72 hours for a reply to your message. If you haven't heard back within this time, we are really sorry, please contact us once again.

  • Can I become a stockist of your products?
    For any questions regarding becoming a stockist of our products, please contact us with details of your interest and we will get back to you soon.

  • Do you offer wholesale pricing for businesses?
    We don't currently offer specific wholesale pricing but we are working on it for the near future. However, if you wish to make a large order for business purposes we would consider offering you a discount. Please contact us to discuss this.
