Returns

Although we are sure that you will LOVE your order when it arrives, we will accept any unused items for return, should the order no longer be required, within 14 days of your order arriving. If for any reason your item is damaged or faulty, please provide us with pictures of the product and we will happily provide a replacement or refund if we deem the product to be faulty. In some cases faulty items may need to be returned, in this case KM Nails & Beauty would refund any incurred return postage charges. Unfortunately, we cannot accept the return of any items that have been used. This is to protect our Customers and is to adhere to the Law when selling Beauty Products. Please do not send used products back to us, unless faulty, as these will be disposed of for hygiene reasons. This policy does not affect your statutory rights. 

To make a Return please email us at Contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will then respond, usually within 48 hours, with Return authorisation and our Returns details. The purchaser will be liable for the return shipping cost. Once your return is received, we will notify you by email. Refunds will be processed usually within 5 business days of the return being received by us. Depending on your bank, refunds can take up to 10 business days to credit back to your account. If you wish to exchange your items, please contact us as this may be possible.
